Two ways to create a post
Direct creation — Sidebar → Social → Posts → + Create Post. Pick platforms, type content, add image, schedule or post immediately.
Repurpose from article — Open any article → click Repurpose to Social. ContentRyte generates platform-specific versions:
- Twitter / X — 280-char hook OR a 5–10 tweet thread
- LinkedIn — long-form (1,200–2,000 chars) with line breaks
- Facebook — medium-form (500–800 chars) with hashtags
- Instagram — caption (max 2,200 chars) with hashtag cluster
- Pinterest — short caption + pinnable description
- YouTube — community post (500 chars)
Scheduling
After creating a post, pick:
- Post Now — immediate
- Schedule — pick a date and time
- Add to Queue — adds to your platform-specific posting cadence
Queues and cadence
In Social → Settings, set your posting cadence per platform (e.g., 2/day on X, 1/day on LinkedIn, 3/week on Instagram). Anything added to the queue auto-slots into the next available time.
Bulk-scheduling
Connect your published articles to auto-repurpose. Social → Auto-Pilot:
- Pick source: WordPress articles, RSS feed, or specific Workspace
- Pick platforms to auto-publish to
- Set cadence
- Each new article auto-generates and queues social posts for the next 14 days
Limits
- FE Commercial: 100 posts/month, 5 accounts
- MegaBundle: 1,000 posts/month, 50 accounts
- Complete Bundle: 2,000 posts/month, 100 accounts
