Source Manager
The Source Manager in ViralDashboard is where you can view and manage all the accounts, channels, and social media profiles you've connected to the platform.
How to access Source Manager?
There are two ways to access the source manager .
1) After logging into the dashboard, navigate to the left-hand panel and click on the Content Manager tab. From there, select Source Manager to access and manage all your connected accounts, channels, and social media profiles.
2) When you log in to the dashboard, you'll see a Manager tab in the header section at the top. Click on it, and then select Source Manager from the dropdown menu.
On the Source Manager section, you can see all the connected accounts. Also, you can use filters to see the specific types of content.
Post Manager
The Post Manager in ViralDashboard is your central hub for managing all your content across connected platforms. It gives you a clear, organized view of every post you’ve created—whether it’s published, scheduled, queued, in draft.
Here’s what you can do in the Post Manager:
View all your posts in one place, regardless of their status.
Edit posts directly from the dashboard if you need to make changes before they go live.
Delete posts that you no longer want to keep .
Quickly filter and search posts based on their type—such as scheduled, draft, published, queued making it easy to find exactly what you’re looking for.
How to Access and Use Posts Manager ?
Step 1 :
When you log in to the dashboard, locate the Content Manager tab on the left panel. Click on it, and then select Source Manager from the available options.
Another way to access the Posts Manager - Once you're logged into the dashboard, click on the Manager tab located in the header section at the top. From the dropdown menu, select Posts Manager.
Step 2 :
Now, the Posts Manager page will open. Here, you can view all your posts—whether they are scheduled, published, or saved as drafts. At the top, you’ll also see a count for each post type, giving you a quick overview of your content status.
There’s also a Quick Search tab available. This feature allows you to easily filter posts based on their type—such as Draft, Published, or Not Published. Simply select the desired post type, click Submit, and the page will display only the posts that match your selected filter.
Step3 :
If you want to view a specific post in detail, simply click on "Read More". This will display the full post, including any attached images, its status (whether it's published or scheduled), and the social media accounts it’s associated with for publishing or scheduling.
In the Action column, you'll find three buttons for managing your posts:
View – Click this button to preview the post in full.
Edit – This takes you to the Compose section, where you can update or modify the post .
Delete – Use this button to permanently remove the post from your dashboard.
