Where to Find Your Receipts and Manage Billing

Receipts

All transactions issue an email receipt automatically (from JVZoo or Kartivo, depending on the payment processor).

To re-access old receipts:

  1. BillingTransaction History
  2. Each row shows date, plan, amount, and a Download Receipt button

Updating payment method

Recurring add-ons (e.g., AI Rankings Visibility Optimizer) bill via the original processor:

  • JVZoo recurring — log into your JVZoo customer dashboard to update card details
  • Kartivo recurring — log into your Kartivo customer portal

ContentRyte itself doesn't store credit card details; payment processors handle that.

Cancelling a recurring add-on

For monthly add-ons:

  1. Log into the processor (JVZoo or Kartivo) that handled the original purchase
  2. Find the subscription in your dashboard
  3. Click Cancel Subscription

Your access continues until the end of the current billing period, then ends automatically.

Lifetime plans

FE Commercial, MegaBundle, and Complete Bundle are one-time payments — no recurring billing, no cancellation needed. Access is permanent.

Refund process

Within 30 days of purchase:

  1. Open the Customer Support portal
  2. Submit a refund ticket with your order number
  3. Approval typically within 1 business day
  4. Refund processed back to original payment method within 5–10 business days
