Setting Up a Workspace

Why Workspaces matter

A Workspace ties a specific site to ContentRyte's writing engine. With a Workspace configured, every article you generate uses:

  • Your brand voice — trained on your previous content
  • Your Site DNA — topical authority and content strategy fingerprint
  • Your RAG context — your own documents and knowledge

Without a Workspace, articles are written using only generic AI training data.

Creating a Workspace

  1. Sidebar → Workspaces+ New Workspace
  2. Name the workspace (e.g., your domain name)
  3. Paste your site URL
  4. Click Run Explore — ContentRyte will analyze your site, extract Site DNA, and propose 12 article ideas
  5. Once Explore completes, the Workspace is ready

Training the Brand Voice

Inside a Workspace, click Brand VoiceTrain. Paste 3–5 of your best articles. ContentRyte extracts the style fingerprint (sentence length, vocabulary, formatting, transitions, opinion structure). All future articles in this Workspace will write in that voice.

Multiple Workspaces

You can have one Workspace per site. The MegaBundle allows up to 25 connected sites; Complete Bundle allows unlimited.

When to use Workspaces vs Blog Wizard standalone

  • Use a Workspace when you publish to a specific site regularly
  • Use Blog Wizard alone for one-off articles, client work without a connected site, or experimental drafts
