The 5-step flow
- From the Dashboard, click New Article.
- Pick your target keyword or topic. The Wizard auto-researches against current SERPs.
- Choose an outline from the AI-generated suggestions. Edit headings if needed.
- Click Generate Article. ContentRyte produces a 1,200–2,000 word draft in 60–90 seconds.
- Review, edit any sections inline, then publish or save to draft.
Where the Wizard pulls context from
If you've set up a Workspace (recommended for site owners), the article is written:
- In your Brand Voice (trained from your previous articles)
- Using your Site DNA (topical authority and style)
- With RAG context drawn from your knowledge base if attached
Without a Workspace, the article is written generically.
Output formatting
Every article includes:
- SEO-optimized title and meta description
- H2/H3 hierarchy phrased as questions (for AI search optimization)
- FAQPage + Article schema markup (auto-applied)
- Featured image generated with AI
- Internal link suggestions (when a WordPress site is connected)
Tips for higher-quality output
- Set a Workspace first, even if you only have one site
- Use specific keywords ("best gluten-free protein powders for runners") instead of broad ones ("protein powder")
- Always review the outline before clicking generate — small edits save big edits later
