Flaxxa Calendar - Zoom Integration Guide

Flaxxa Calendar integrates with Zoom to automatically create and manage Zoom meetings for scheduled bookings. Once connected, Zoom meetings are created, updated, or canceled based on booking activity within Flaxxa.

How to Connect Zoom to Flaxxa?

1. Log in to your Flaxxa Calendar account.
   
   
2. Navigate to Integrations from the sidebar.
   
   
3. Click Connect in the Zoom card.
   
   
4. You will be redirected to Zoom’s authorization page.
   
   
5. Please look over the requested permissions and click Authorize.

Once authorization is complete, your Zoom account will be connected to Flaxxa Calendar.

How is Zoom Used in Flaxxa?

After connecting to Zoom:

• A Zoom meeting is automatically created when a booking is confirmed.
• If a booking is rescheduled, the associated Zoom meeting is updated.
• If a booking is canceled, the Zoom meeting is deleted.
• Zoom meeting links are shared with participants according to the booking configuration via email.

Flaxxa uses Zoom APIs only to manage meetings related to scheduling activity.

Managing Your Zoom Connection

You can manage your Zoom integration at any time:

1. Log in to Flaxxa Calendar.
   
   
2. Go to Integrations.
   
   
3. Select Zoom to view the connection status.

How to Disconnect or Remove Zoom Access?

To remove Zoom from Flaxxa:

1. Go to Integrations in your Flaxxa account.
   
   
2. Select Disconnect Zoom.

Alternatively, you can revoke access directly from your Zoom account:

1. Log in to Zoom.
   
   
2. Go to Account Settings → App Marketplace.
   
   
3. Find Flaxxa and click Remove.

Once access is revoked, Flaxxa will no longer be able to access your Zoom account.

Data Handling After Removal

When Zoom access is removed:

1. Flaxxa immediately loses access to Zoom APIs.
   
   
2. OAuth tokens associated with the Zoom connection are invalidated.
   
   
3. No new Zoom meetings can be created or managed for that Zoom account.
   
   
4. Existing booking data remains unaffected.
