Steps to Create and Publish Post on Viral Dashboard
Step 1: After logging into Viral Dashboard, you can create a new post in three different ways:
Via the Left Panel: Navigate to the Content Manager section in the left-hand panel, then click on Compose.
From the Header: Click on the Compose button located in the top header section of the dashboard.
Using the Dashboard Shortcut: Click the Create button available directly on the main dashboard for quick access.
Step 2: You will be redirected to the compose page , here you can upload the images and videos in the Upload section , you can select gifs, quotes , you can also use the AI tools to compose the post.
Step 3: Now, it's time to write the content for your post. You have the flexibility to create a post with or without an image:
For a text-only post: Simply enter your content in the text box under the Compose Post section. You can also enhance your post by adding hashtags, emojis, and links as needed.
Once you're done writing your content, click the Next button to proceed.
Step 4: Select the connected social media accounts by clicking on it where you'd like to publish your post—such as Facebook Pages, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others, then click the Next button to continue.
Step 5: You will now be taken to the Customize section, where you can preview how your post will appear on each selected platform, such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
If you'd like to tailor your content specifically for a platform—for example, Facebook—simply click on the Facebook tab. From there, you can edit the post to better suit that platform’s style or audience. The Content Preview will display how your post will look once published.
Once you're satisfied with the customized content, click the Next button to proceed.
Step 6: You’ve now reached the final stage of the posting process. Here, you’ll find three options to manage how and when your post is published:
Publish Now – Instantly publish your post across the selected platforms.
Schedule Post – Choose a specific date and time to automatically publish your post later.
Save as Draft – Save your post as a draft, allowing you to revisit and edit it before publishing.
Select the option that best suits your needs to complete the process.
