While creating a Campaign, you can set the Response to that particular video in four ways i.e Video, Audio, Text, and Emoji. After you share your video with anyone to get the response, you will receive the response from them and check it on the Response page.

The Response option is available at two places in the Dashboard. You can find it under Feedback in the left side menu or at the center of the Dashboard. See the image below.

Once you click on the Response, you will be redirected to the response page where you will find all the Campaigns on which you receive responses from the users. Also, here you will see the detailed view of your Campaign response wise. You will be able to see the responses that you received on your campaign. You can also search the Campaign by name.

To check the detailed view of the Campaign response, click on the Eye Shaped button shown on the above image. Once you click on it, you will be redirected to the next page where you can check what response you get on the campaign.

On the above-shown page, you will be able to see all the responses like Video, Audio, Text, and Emoji. On each of the responses, you will see the view button which is of Eye shape. Once you click on it, you will be redirected to another page with the specific type of response, let say text response. Here, you will see all the detail of your leads and the response separately.
