Creating and sending email campaigns in CleverlyBox allows you to reach your audience with targeted and engaging content. Follow these steps to create and send your campaign. 


Step 1: Log into Your CleverlyBox Account

  1. Open your web browser and go to the CleverlyBox login page.
  2. Enter your username and password.
  3. Click on the "Log In" button.


Step 2: Navigate to the Campaigns Section

  1. In the dashboard, find the main menu on the left-hand side.
  2. Click on "Campaigns" to access the campaigns management area.



Step 3: Create a New Campaign

  1. In the Campaigns section, click on the "Create Campaign" button.
  2. Choose the type of campaign you want to create. You can choose from Regular Campaign or Plain Text.




Step 4: Set Up Your Campaign

  1. Choose Email list: Choose from the email lists you have created.
  2. Campaign Name: Enter a name for your campaign (e.g., "July Newsletter").
  3. Subject Line: Write a compelling subject line that will encourage recipients to open your email.
  4. From Name: Enter the name you want recipients to see as the sender.
  5. From Email Address: Select the verified sending domain you want to use for this campaign.



Step 5: Design Your Email

  1. Template: Choose an email template from the CleverlyBox library or create your own from scratch.
  2. Content: Use the drag-and-drop editor to add and customize text, images, buttons, and other elements.
  3. Personalization: Add personalization tokens (e.g., [First Name]) to make your email more engaging.



Step 6: Configure Campaign Settings

  1. Tracking: Enable tracking options such as open rate, click rate, and Google Analytics tracking if needed.
  2. Schedule: Choose whether to send your campaign immediately or schedule it for a later date and time.


Step 7: Preview and Test

  1. Click on the "Preview" button to see how your email will look in recipients' inboxes.
  2. Send a test email to yourself or a colleague to ensure everything looks good and functions properly.


Step 8: Send Your Campaign

  1. Once you are satisfied with your email, click on the "Send" button.
  2. If you scheduled the campaign, it will be sent at the designated time.
  3. Monitor the campaign's performance in the Campaigns section under "Reports".
