Steps to Create a Campaign

Step 1: Click on the Campaign on the Dashboard. It is located in two places, one on the left menu bar and the other on the center of the dashboard page. See the image below.

Step 2: Now, the system will ask you to choose the video orientation type, choose from Landscape or Portrait. Choose according to your need. After choosing this, you will see all the features available on the Create Campaign page.

Step 3: Now, you can Record or Screencast a Video or you can even upload your own video or Import Video to Create Campaigns and Collect Customer Feedback, Engagement, Run Polls, Book Appointments, and Collect Leads.

Once you have created a video, then click on the Continue to Next button at the bottom right corner.

Step 4: After clicking on the Next button, you will be redirected to a different screen where you see various options to Setup, Customize, Thumbnail, and Tracking.

Under Setup, you can set up multiple responses from the user, Add Overlay Text, Add Call to Actions like Polls, Appointments, Button with Links, and most important Lable using which you can set how you want your user to reply with.

Note: If you enable just one CTA then the system will work as per the enabled CTA but if you have enabled more than one CTA option then the system will work as per the priorities defined below.

First Priority: Appointments

Second Priority: Polls

Third Priority: Action Buttons

In the Lable, you have four options, Video, Audio, Text, and Emoji. You can activate any of these and get the response in the selected way.

Step 5: In the Customize area, you can change the design, Color, and Animation of the Play Button. Also, you can add the Logo and set the position of the logo according to your need. See the image below.

Step 6: Under the Thumbnail option, you will be able to set the customized thumbnail to your video and also write text on it and set the position of the text on the thumbnail.

Along with the thumbnail, you have the option to Autoplay your video. You can simply turn on the Autoplay feature and your video will autoplay and loop around. But, once you turn on the Autoplay feature, the Thumbnail will not work in that case.

Step 7: At last you also have the option to add the Tracking to your video. You can add Facebook Pixel Id, Google Analytics Id, and Google Tag Manager Id to your video.

After this, you can simply save your video and share the link with the clients and also preview it before sharing.
