Setting Up Your Agency White-Label

Agency Reseller requires the Complete Bundle or Agency add-on

Agency Reseller License is available with:

• Complete Bundle — 20 client seats included
• Agency Silver add-on — 20 seats
• Agency Gold add-on — 50 seats
• Agency Platinum add-on — 100 seats

Setting up your white-label brand

1. Sidebar → Agency → Branding
2. Upload:

- Brand name — replaces "ContentRyte" everywhere clients see

- Brand logo — replaces the ContentRyte logo

- Brand color — primary accent across the white-labeled dashboard

1. Click Save

Note: white-label branding is being progressively rolled out. As of launch, branding fields are saved but render in client dashboards only. Custom domains and full multi-tenant isolation are on the roadmap.

Creating a client account

1. Agency → Client Seats → + Add Client
2. Generate a license key
3. Send the key to your client along with your branded redemption URL
4. Client redeems the key, creates their account, and is now billed by you (not by ContentRyte)

Pricing your seats

You set your own price. ContentRyte doesn't take a cut. Common pricing:

• $97/month per client — entry-tier agency offer
• $197/month per client — mid-tier with managed onboarding
• $297–$497/month per client — full done-for-you content service

Even at the lowest tier, 5 clients × $97/month = $485/month recurring. The Complete Bundle pays back in 18 days.

Revoking a seat

If a client churns or you want to free up the seat:

1. Agency → Client Seats → find the client
2. Click Revoke
3. The seat returns to your available pool; the client can no longer access their account
