In VideoFunnel, while recording your video, you need to Allow Permission to Camera and Microphone. Once you click on recording, a pop-up will appear which asks you to allow access to these. If you have denied it at that time, then no issues, you can allow access from the settings of your browser.
There are different steps to allow access to Camera and Mic on different browsers. In this tutorial, I am going to instruct you on Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, and Safari Browsers.
Before that, here’s a small shortcut to get the required permissions:
Click the ? lock icon in your browser’s address bar, set the correct permissions, and then refresh this page.
Steps to Change a Site’s Camera & Microphone Permissions in Chrome
Step 1: Open Chrome.
Step 2: At the top right, click More. Settings.
Step 3: Under “Privacy and security,” click Site settings.
Step 4: Click Camera or Microphone. Turn on or off Ask before accessing. Review your blocked and allowed sites.

Step 1: In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox and select Preferences.
Step 2: Click Privacy & Security from the left menu.
Step 3: Scroll down to the Permissions section.
Step 4: Click the Settings.
Step 5: Use the Allow/Block selector to change permission for the website.

Step 1: Open Safari Preferences.
Step 2: Navigate to Websites.

How to enable your Camera and Microphone on Edge Browser
Step 1: Select the lock icon located near the right side of your search bar.
Step 2: Select the drop-down menu next to the camera and microphone.
Step 3: Change the camera and microphone access to Allow.
Step 4: Refresh the browser tab (CTRL + R).
